Refunds and cancellations
This page explains when refunds may apply for work booked with PROFIX REPAIRS LIMITED.
Before work begins
If you cancel before an engineer attends and before work starts, you may request a refund of any prepaid amount, subject to fair notice.
After completed work
Once a package is agreed and work is completed, labour and parts in that package are normally non-refundable.
If something is wrong
Contact us promptly. Where appropriate we will arrange a return visit under our workmanship guarantee.
